Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable files, e-books, digital designs, etc.), we do not offer returns or refunds on digital products once the order has been completed and the product has been accessed. This is because digital files can be instantly downloaded and copied, which prevents us from offering returns or exchanges.

Physical Products

For physical products, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).

Note: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at laanddesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your physical product. Include the following details in your email:

    • Your invoice number

    • A brief description of the issue (e.g., defective, wrong item, etc.)

    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if applicable, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item to us.
    Please do not send items back without prior approval.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Here’s how it works:

  • Physical Products:
    After we verify the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

  • Digital Products:
    As noted earlier, refunds are not available for digital products unless there was a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the product. In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase for assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless they are defective or damaged)

  • Digital products (unless a technical issue occurs)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Wall murals (as approvals are made on the day of completion)

  • Illustrations 

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on the situation:

  • A full refund for the defective/damaged item

  • A replacement item, if available

  • Store credit (if you prefer this option)

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for physical products. If you need a different item, you may return the original item (following the above process) and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns of physical products due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
