3.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the website are complete, accurate, or error-free. Products may vary in color, size, or design depending on your device and other factors.

3.2 Digital Products
Our digital artworks are sold in various formats for businesses, events, and special occasions. Upon purchase of a digital product, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for the intended purpose, as specified in the product description. You may not resell, distribute, or otherwise use the digital artwork for commercial purposes without our explicit permission.

3.2.1 Digital products that are purchased will be sent in the final format (pdf, jpg or png) if the original file (ai, psd,indesign etc) file is needed, an additional cost will be charged. 

3.2.2 Digital artworks are kept on file for 6 months, after 6 months the project will be closed. If the client returns after 6 months, a new artwork will be started at a new cost. 

3.3 Physical Products
Our physical artworks are produced and shipped to the address you provide during checkout. All physical products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

4.2 Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, EFT, cash etc.]. Full payment is required before your order is processed.

4.3 Taxes and Duties

We ship both physical and digital products. Physical products will be shipped to the address provided by you at checkout. Digital products will be available for download immediately after payment is processed. All shipping costs are on the clients account. 

5.2 Delivery Time
Delivery times for physical products vary depending on your location. We aim to dispatch all orders within [X] business days. For international orders, delivery times may be longer.

5.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the products. Any applicable shipping fees will be added to your order total.

6.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital downloads unless the product is defective or not as described. If you encounter any issues with a digital product, please contact us at laanddesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

6.2 Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or damaged during transit. If items are not damaged or the wrong item, they will not be applicable for returns or refunds. Please refer to Returns & Refunds Policy on website for additional information. 

6.3 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized artworks are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
